Many of us planned to take action & promised ourselves that in 2015 we would try and be a little more active but with all those lovely Christmas leftovers still in the house and those long dark nights our motivation has been non existent, so I have tried to come up with some different activities we can try in February for free, studies show we are more likely to continue activity if we can find something we enjoy or we do something with a friend, so trying a gym for a few days before committing to a years membership is a fabulous idea
