Monday Motivation

As the scales aren’t budging and I am still feeling a bit sluggish during my runs I willbe making an even bigger effort this week with what I am eating

Fuel-Your-Body

Food if our bodies fuel, we wouldn’t expect a car to run on cakes, crisps, chips and chocolate (why do all those foods begin with C) so why do we expect our bodies to run if thats what we are feeding them
