I believe in setting myself SMART goals, so every month of 2015 I intend on setting myself some Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timebound goals

So February’s goals are to

Run 100km

Lose 4lbs

Run 3x a week

PB at Brighton Half Marathon (2.29.52 will do this)
